Here, we’ve broken down five simple things you can do by way of nutrition, physical activity, and a skin care routine to perfect your booty beauty in just two weeks.
1. Vitamin C to Your Health
You guys, we’re in the middle of a pandemic so, of course, a healthy immune system is something we should all be paying attention to. Vitamin C is a really easy, tasty, and effective way to help with that. Coincidentally, vitamin C helps boost collagen production, is a natural antioxidant, and repairs red blood cells as well. Each of these characteristics can help reduce cellulite, stave off wrinkles, and even out skin tone. 2. Get That Bawdy Movin’
